* Photo Submission: Send your photo and order number using our dedicated form or email. For best results engraving results, we recommend clear, well-lit images. Please avoid sending screenshots.
* Personalization Box: Double-check and fix spelling errors in the "Personalization Box" before adding to cart.
* Final Product Review: After we finish making your order, we'll take a picture of it. You have 24 hours to review and ask for changes. If you wish to modify the image or make any changes, please be aware that there will be an additional $15 remake fee.
* Shipping Outside the U.S.: Shipping outside the U.S. may cost more; we'll give you a fair price quote, and if it's higher than expected, we'll bill you, or if it's lower, we'll refund the extra. We ensure transparent and fair rates.
